Domino Day 2009 - First Domino is placed
Today on September 23rd the first domino of Domino Day 2009 was successfully placed by the Dutch SBS6 presenter Nance. She placed the first domino on the arm of the statue of liberty in the theme area of Northern America. With that the fire was lit and Domino Day 2009 symbolically started.
90 builders will set up 4.8 million dominoes in 8 weeks in order to achieve a new record attempt and hopefully a new world record. See here for more pictures.
